I-phone and Android users can use the same login as the website for your apps. APPLE TV AND VHX are separate platforms and require a separate subscription as they do not support universal subscription options.
Customers wishing to cancel must do so before auto-renewal date. There are no refunds for cancellations after auto-renewal date. If you cancel your Roku or online subscription your access to the content ends Immediately. The way the system works is your subscription has to be active to watch content. Subscribers are encouraged to maintain subscriptions through the duration your subscription. We do not under any circumstance issue refunds for subscriptions.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

For Subscriptions Created on Mobile Devices:
If you signed up through a mobile device, the cancellation process is the same as for any subscription created on that platform:
- iOS (Apple): Go to your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, select our app, and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & Subscriptions> Subscriptions, select our app, and tap Cancel Subscription.
For Subscriptions Created on Our Website:
If you signed up directly on our website, follow these steps:
- Log into your account.
- Navigate to Manage My Account.
- Select Subscription, then the option to cancel your subscription on the red button.
How to Cancel Your Subscription on Roku
If you subscribed using a Roku device:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Navigate to the app for our service and highlight it.
- Press the Star (*) button on your remote to open the options menu.
- Select Manage Subscription from the menu.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted.
How to Cancel Your Subscription on Fire Stick
If you subscribed using an Amazon Fire Stick:
- Go to Amazon.com on your web browser.
- Log in to the Amazon account associated with your Fire Stick.
- Navigate to Accounts & Lists > Memberships & Subscriptions.
- Locate the subscription for our service and select Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation.
How to Cancel Your Subscription on Apple TV
If you subscribed using Apple TV:
- Open the Settings app on your Apple TV.
- Select Users & Accounts, then choose your account.
- Navigate to Subscriptions and select it.
- Locate the subscription for our service and select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
